The five kids with his first wife are all boys and both of those pregnancies were from IVF. His first wife said that Elon considered her dramatic for grieving the loss of their first son, who died of SIDS.

One of the Grimes kids was via surrogate when there doesn't seem to be any indication they needed one. So, ew.

The last two kids are twins, presumably IVF again.
