Husband's FSA and IVF

| Does anyone know if your husband can use his FSA to pay out of pocket costs for IVF? |

| I know we as women can use them -- just didn't know if there would be issues with a man using them. What I really want to know is can we both use our separate FSA's to cover IVF. |

FSA should cover qualifying medical expenses for the family - so you, spouse and children. I use my FSA funds to pay for medical expenses for me, my husband, and my children.
If you both have FSAs you should both be able to use them, as long as you don't submit the same expenses twice (ie, double reimbursement for the same expense). |
