They (and Bush) gave us medicine that saved us from disaster. But the medicine did not taste good, so we want a new doctor who says he won't make us take medicine.

What saddens me is seeing the march of corporate profits and the economy slowly righting itself, and knowing that this (i) will quite possibly tank in 6 months if the R's get to do what they really want to do or (ii) if they don't, then they will take credit in 2012 for the economy having righted itself, but saying it wouldn't have happened without them getting elected. Oh, it's going to be a long two years.
