Rally in Fairfax Saturday for Morgan Harrington

Morgan Harrington is the 20 year old college student who was abducted from a Metallica concert in Charlottesville one year ago and found brutally murdered several months later.

DNA found at the scene has been linked to a vicious rape that occurred in 2005 in Fairfax, VA. The Fairfax victim was strangled and beaten, but a passerby came upon the scene and the assailant fled.
His DNA is not in the system so the identity of this violent criminal is not known, but he remains at large in the community.

There will be a road rally this weekend to raise awareness about safety and to highlight the need for justice in these cases.

A caravan of cars will travel from Roanoke (where Morgan is from), to Charlottesville (where she was abducted) to Fairfax (where the young 25 year old woman was raped and strangled).
The rally will be at the Giant Food Store on Jermantown Road in Fairfax from 1:30-2:00 handing out composite sketches. (The rape victim was walking home from that Giant when she was attacked).

Please support this event if you are able to! This sick individual needs to be caught before he harms anyone else!

I remember reading about Morgan Harrington when she disappeared, that was such a sad story!
I didn't realize her murderer was linked to any other crimes.
For some reason, Charlottesville seems far away and removed from the DC area, but Fairfax is frighteningly close if the guy who did it is still around.
