Any thoughts on services or software to use when paying an in-home day care provider? nannytaxes is geared for those who are the sole employer of their provider; not using an in-home provider. How do I figure out what amount of taxes and other witholdings to pay when provider will net $300 per week and wants me to deal with the taxes? thanks

It is for the in-home child care provider to deal with her own taxes. It is her business. You should visit the IRS website. She is not your household employee.

If she is a licenced provider than she deals with her own taxes. If she is an unlicensed provider, you should look for other options for childcare
