post IUI feeling sick

Anonymous
TTC #2 here. Had first IUI this morning. Took OPK yesterday before went in for sono and got a positive. They had me trigger last night. I read that if you get a positive OPK on your own you should come in for the IUI the next day, which I assume is why they had be come in today and the trigger was just for extra security it would happen. Ever since this morning after the IUI, I have been having cramping and significant pain in my right ovary and for the past hour or so pretty strong nausea. Has this been the experience of others? I read online that if the sperm count is really high it can make the cramping worse. My DH's sperm count was off the charts and the nurse said it was the best one she had ever seen. I thought about withholding that information from him, but then decided I would deal with the ego boost he would get Could that be why I feel so sick? Ugh, I was not expecting to feel this bad. I hope it is a sign that things are doing what they should...now the dreaded 2 WW.

OP here-I forget the sizes, but I had one large one on the right and the others were smaller.
