DS will only nap/sleep after BF

He loves sucking to sleep. A pacifier won't cut it. Anything I can do to break this habit?

How old is your baby?

I have the same problem with DD, except she uses the pacifier to suck herself to sleep. I recently started using the "gentle removal plan" from Elizabeth Pantley's The No-Cry Sleep Solution, and it seems to be working (except for a setback when she got her 4-mo shots - I couldn't deny her the comfort of the pacifier when she was feeling sick). Basically, the technique is to let the baby use the boob/pacifier to get themselves to that drowsy but not asleep state, and then remove the boob/pacifier and replace it with gentle upward pressure on the baby's chin. You have to repeat this several times to get the baby to actually go to sleep without the boob/pacifier, and actually, the first night DD refused to go to sleep without it, but after a couple of days of this at bedtime, she now will fall asleep without the pacifier in her mouth. It has meant fewer night wakings so far (knock on wood!)
