Wells Fargo/Wachovia employees... what kind of insurance do you have?

I am feeling so depressed about our lack of choices. I really do not know which plan is best.... I have severe endometriosis and want to see a dr who is out of network, so the Aetna EPO will not work, but then the others only cover 60% out of network and they make you pay 20% of in network costs. Ridiculous! Anyone have any advice?
