A simple, relatively inexpensive way to try vegan

diet. I don't like meat but I do eat fish (salmon and white fish) and I also use skim milk in coffee or tea and love cottage cheese. What are the vegan substitutes for these items and do they taste good? Thanks.

Skim Milk - You can do any of the soy milks (also come in flavors for coffee's), or if you want to skip the soy there's oat milk, almond milk, rice milk... Many choices!

Fish - If you're going vegan for health reasons, eating it once a week won't hurt you. If you're going vegan for the animals, there's some good wheat and soy meat substitutes.

Cottage Cheese - Not a real fan here, so I haven't outright searched, but I'm sure there are recipes for it online, probably using tofu.
