This whole vile saga fills me with despair. Who wants to raise a daughter in this privileged - once privileged - country where evil propped up men get away with treating them like nothing? I believe every bad inference regarding eg Sen Mitchell as much as regarding eg Leon Black.

Republicans have been riding the MAGA tiger for years. They're not in control of it, they aren't redirecting it.

But Trump is not in charge of MAGA either. He has enjoyed their adulation. That's not control, that's just indulging his vanity.

It isn’t clear how the letter with Trump’s signature was prepared. Inside the outline of the naked woman was a typewritten note styled as an imaginary conversation between Trump and Epstein, written in the third person.
