WTF did I just see in the sky???

I am on 495 right now and saw something weird in the sky. As we drove closer I saw it was some sort of ... Plane? Blimb? With a screen on the bottom of it so as we drive right underneath it I could read a scrolling digital message. All I was able to read was "die with dignity." How creepy. Can someone please explain?

Maybe I'm overly sensitive, but does Halloween weekend seem to be a somewhat inappropriate time to air such a message from the night sky? Maybe it has something to do with keeping fear alive.
