If you are on injectibles, do you still temp?

I've been temping for over a year. This is my first month on injectibles and I forgot to start temping at the beginning of this cycle. Then I started thinking that maybe it's not really going to tell me much since I know exactly when I'm going to trigger and I'm not going to have more or less sex depending on my temperature at that time, I'll just follow the protocol my RE gives me. Does this make sense? Should I still temp just to confirm ovulation?

I feel like I only obsess and try to read signs of early pregnancy in my post-O temps, so maybe not temping will be less stressful in the end?

I didn't temp on injectibles. The RE monitors you a lot and will tell you when to trigger.

I always kept temping, just because I liked to have that information. If you feel like it stresses you out though, I wouldn't. It's not necessary. Not all REs test to confirm ovulation, though. So you might want to ask about that.
