I just posted on a different thread how my kid went and found out the school had excused all of them from attendance as being at a student activity. She won’t be going next year.

Yes, mine is. Some kids took yesterday off, but his friends all seemed to want to be there today. I’m guessing they’ll get together after school, make summer plans, etc.
