I saw the threads on Brenda and Omar... who all are you voting for?
I'm fed up with the destruction of MCPS and the dismantling of all of the special programs and supports for gifted students. At the same time, I can't stomach voting for someone who is openly anti-LGBT and previously associated with Moms for Liberty. I wish we had better candidates. |

| The reasonable candidates have given us the status quo. If the only people with good ideas about education seem otherwise unreasonable, that's where my vote goes. I'm voting for Diaz and Frykman. |

We went with DiResta and Lazo.

| There are no good candidates. This is the same problem as with most elected positions. If you are smart, educated, common sense, you don't have time to devote to this low-paying role. So we always end up with either activists that are on some destructive mission or lazy do-nothings. |
