Got a picture from my kid of a classroom with most of the chairs still upside down on the desks. Just a handful of kids there. So ridiculous. The truth is that it’s been done for weeks. |

Sent my kid when they were in 6th. That was a mistake since graduation was the day before and the classroom was nearly empty |

Elementary is normal but middle and HS have seemingly been off all week. |

My 5th grader went. The staff and teachers do a fun send off. The 6th graders go because the 6th grade has a party on the last day. Promotion was yesterday but the party is done during school hours so that there is transportation and all can attend. We are at a title one.

I wish there were some way for parents to know whether other kids will be at school that day.
I have been guilty of sending my kids on the last day with no one else there. I’ve since learned to listen to my kids who say no one else will be there. Big difference between ES, MS, and HS. Part of the problem is they should have been finished last week. |
