| I will be selling in spring 2027 and will be doing this also. I typed into google -- flat fee agent maryland, and it brought up many options. |

No personal experience but we bought a place listed by a flat fee broker. Transaction went smoothly.

No it's not. A MLS research article came out last week-about 75 percent of listings at 2.5 percent, about 15 percent at 3 percent and the other 10 percent-2 percent or less. |

Looks like he is a VA agent only and works all over VA so not really an expert on any particular area. |
