Many political leaders look great for their age, are there some miracle products or procedures being offered to them? Is it possible that you-know-which Island offered non FDA proof cosmetic surgery and youth/longevity treatments?

Endorse the joke but as someone who works with politicians and sees them up close they look like normal people, but they are probably wearing a lot of makeup and look good on TV. And certainly you see glowups that are probably treatments when people are running for president etc.
