Swim coverup recommendations

Looking for sleeveless or short sleeved dress, nothing sheer and no sweater-like options. It’s hot here in DC so I want something light but not transparent.
Just something to wear at my neighborhood pool.
Preferably under $150.

That target one is hardly a cover-up -- it only covers a bathing suit!

I also have the Emerson Fry caftan and really love it. I've had mine for 9 years and it still looks great and the print hasn't faded at all. I love the internal tie which makes it hang in a much more flattering way. However, they are definitely transparent. It's a beach/pool/resort only option for me, I wouldn't want to wear it out to lunch after the pool or something.
