CFTC signing 5 year lease?

Is it confirmed that CFTC will be staying at their current office? Curious if CFTC staffers prefer their building over potential move to SEC. I believe CFTC all get their own offices? Morale improving at CFTC too?

Morale is definitely not improving. Word is that the SEC pushed back on Selig’s demand for primo office space to accommodate the ever increasing number of MAGA sycophants joining his staff. That said, many staff are happy to be staying in the current location.

Not in my division. Soon to be even fewer with the small army our director is bringing in to support him.

SEC has a ton of empty offices due to all of the people on RAs.
