I've been divorced for a few years and have not looked for relationships since. I have two tweens at home and a busy job. Life in the DMV area is really expensive as a single mom. Anyway, recently two attractive young guys started working at the office. Nothing inappropriate has happened or ever will, but boy, do I feel like a new person! Somehow being around them makes me want to take better care of myself and pay attention to being attractive. I have lost 15 pounds and can fit into my cute clothes again.
Anybody experienced similar? |
No. But you should watch shows like Off Campus, I bet you would enjoy the eye candy
|
| Sounds pretty healthy to me!! |
| It's fun to have a work crush. But not more. I think you know that. Enjoy your summer. |
| You go girl, sending good karma. |

Wow OPβ¦..!!β¦..you lost 15lbs. w/out having to resort to Ozempic!!
Congrats!! ππ½ππ½ππ½ All kidding aside - what you are experiencing is completely normal. You are being exposed to youth again & it IS fun. I say enjoy it + be happy! |

No.
However. Good for you. |
| Yes. Work crush. Gym crush. All great for motivation. But the rule is it should be nothing more. Donβt chat them up and learn too much about them or you may be disappointed. They are only to serve as motivation and eye candy! Enjoy! |
Not necessarily |
| I have a seasonal second job. A young woman that just graduated college works with me. She's an attractive woman and I like how she talks to me. Meaning, she makes eye contact and I feel like... well, I tell myself that she's just being friendly. |
| What is even the point of getting divorced if you arenβt getting it from a younger man? |
| Extra testosterone in the air will do that! |
You ask if they want to be Eskimo brothers |
| As a divorced woman I would not get involved with a younger co-worker despite the attraction. I'm very athletic and I play in a couple of co-ed leagues that have plenty of single or divorced men. Like me they have very busy lives but FWB moments are very nice. |
The revenge body is a very real thing. |
