Duval Aerospace vs Bowie Summit

My child got into both programs, but we are at a crossroads as to which to choose. She is interested in engineering, though not aerospace specifically. Summit is her local boundary school so she can walk to Bowie, and it seems the AP courses are now balanced and well rounded.

She really likes both, bit doesn't know which to choose. We're more concerned with which program is more rigorous and will open doors for her in the future.

Bowie Summit.
There is a real benefit to living walking distance to the school.

I think that the Bowie Summit program is just as rigorous and has a slightly better reputation than Duval. I think that there are more opportunities for extra circulars at Bowie as well and the PTSA at Bowie is really active.

Heard Summit is worth it.
