World culture day - food suggestions

Our school has requested nut-free food (appetizers, snacks, desserts) for world culture day. Storebought is fine. The rub is that these have to be portable enough my kid can take them on the bus and be edible at room temperature. I am coming up empty. I walked the aisles in Hmart and am coming up empty. Ideas please! Indian or Spanish preferably and store bought is great. Upper elementary so the kids can discerning

Those stores always have the Mexican/Spanish section with cookies, jarritos, etc. Can't think of the brand now but there are definitely the equivalent of hostess snack cakes.

If drinks are welcome, some of those stores have large bottles of mango lassi. We have done that with small cups, huge hit.

I should add that finding certified nut-free for Indian snacks/packaged desserts is really hard. I have struggled with this when going to it talk about holidays at my kid's preschool etc.

Fresh pineapple chunks with kala namak? Or if you mean Mexican-Spanish, with Tajin?
