insurance, REs and trying for #2

I was treated for PCOS to conceive our first. Anyone know if we can go to the RE to talk about #2 (I don't believe I am ovulating) or do we have to try for 6-12 months for insurance coverage again?

I was in the same boat and was able to go straight to my RE, since I already had a diagnosis and had been treated by him for DC #1.

we went right to the RE again and everything was paid for.

I knew to answer "6 months" when asked how long I'd been trying for #2. I didn't want the hassle of explaining that I've already been diagnosed years ago. They have no way of knowing how many times you've had sex assuming #1 is older than 6mo!

Just lie, say you've been TTC for 6 mos and go straight to a RE. GL.
