Suggestions for an escape room for 14 teenagers, mostly 15-16 yo? Preferably somewhere in or around DC, though we don't mind driving as long as it can fit a large party. He apparently can't trim the guest list and would prefer everyone do it together.
TIA! |
| You might want to look at venues where you get reserve 2 rooms. Many cap at 8 or 10. My son does these with a few friends, so everyone is involved. |

That's a big group, I don't think I've ever seen an escape room for more than 10. And honestly even that many people are really hard to keep coordinated.
There is one in Arlington, Bonds, that has two thematically linked rooms, Elven Forest and Enchanted Castle. You can reserve both of them, and it's basically a race to see which team solves their puzzles first and beats the other team. Would that work? |
Something like this is the best answer. No way would 14 people in a room work Tysons has a new gameshow experience that requires at least eight or ten people I think so this may work too. https://gameshowbattlerooms.com/tysons/?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=23647439185&gbraid=0AAAABCq5VkUyem985erJqXp0MglljSein&gclid=Cj0KCQjwlLDQBhDjARIsAPlIefHMlQCdEsby2XAHQ2j-cOR_IrhEi2-QxnKRmi0qMF80CF626PuGMdcaAmsMEALw_wcB |
| That is too many. You should try the new place at Tysons - Level 99 |
| You can rent more than 1 room at the Escape Game in Penn Quarter. |
