| Do you take the placebo pills and have a monthly period or just skip them and go into the next pack? Thanks for your input. |

| I've done both, depending on what's happening in my life: going on vacation, go right into the next pack, home with no plans, nothing going on at work, have a period. nbd either way, probably have around 3-4 periods a year |

| I started spotting mid cycle around month four of usage, and the doctor told me to skip the placebo pills. That cured the spotting. |
