It features approval of major PCSB policy changes, and reviews/renewals for The Next Step, Briya, Goodwill Excel, and St. Coletta. I'll be interested in the discussion of St. Coletta because I know there's been some issues. And, as always, financial report.

I'm also wondering where the Enrollment Outlook document is (replacement for the Sector Planning Supplement of 2024).

Board book is up.

Looks like St. Coletta is fine. No new financial issues.

One thing I notice is staff recommendations that the Board Chair be allowed to sign documents on the Board's behalf. I don't think I've seen that before. I wonder why.

Usually the secretary is primary signatory confirming resolutions and such for most organizations. They probably want a backup option in case that person isn't available, but no inside information, that's just something I commonly see from working with boards.
