Best Place For Reviews?

What's the best place to read, or post, reviews for facilities? I tried to post on care.com but the space allowed is very limited. Other sites, like A Place for Mom, seem to be scraped from the internet. Is the best place the google reviews for the facility itself? Or where?

Your best shot is to try to talk to families you know who have or are using the services for a parent or relative . You might talk to an independent elder care manager to get their input of service providers for various levels of care in your local area. See if you could find a fee based consult or two as you would a financial advisor in terms of building a plan of services. Your hope would be to get some honest input.
Also contact your local Office if Aging to see if there are any presentations on services in your area for senior or support groups for caregivers? I think contacting your local Alzheimer’s or Senior Center group you might also be able to get some honest input.Mostly it is word of mouth. Finally, going to visit area services for an informational tour will help educate you to some degree.
