Wondering if there are any keto/carnivore friendly doctors out here?
No need to comment if that's not your thing. Thanks! |
| Do you mean for Weight Loss or a GP? |
| As somone who has pcos and insulin resistance, my doctor supports my keto diet. It's not that unusual. I'm sure you'll find occasional ones who don't support, but most will acknowledge it works well for some. |

| Keto is often terrible for your cholesterol levels. Not everyone responds the same way to different diets but keto can definitely acellerate the development cardiovascular plaque if it increases your cholesterol levels. |
| RFK Jr.? Oh wait, he's not a doctor. |
I've done my research, thanks. I don't fear fat. If you're curious, Look into Ben Bikman's research on that. |

A carnivore diet is wholly inconsistent with the long-term goals of the medical industrial complex and Big Food.
Be a good plebe and stick to the middle of the grocery store. You know, the "food" that kill you slowly and profitably. |
| Do carnivore diet people eat vegetables? |
You know you can avoid processed foods without going carnivore, right? |
| Why not just find a regular doctor to order your labs and age appropriate and not bring up carnivore? It shouldn’t matter. If it’s such a healthy diet/lifestyle then your labs will reflect that |
