Preschools in Bannockburn ES area

We are new to the neighborhood. Used to go to BCDS (Bethesda Country Day School) before.
Bannockburn ES parents (present and former), can you please recommend your preschool?

Clara Barton Center for Children on MacArthur - many kids move onto Bannockburn and Wood Acres elem schools.

Concord St. Andrews. Fantastic school with great teachers/administration and families.

If you are interested in co-oping, try Bannockburn Nursery School. It is right down the street from the elementary school and you have priority to get in.

If you are not interested in co-oping, look at Clara Barton. It offers both half day and full day (like daycare) options.

Depending on the age of your child, you may have a tough time getting into Clara Barton. I've heard only good things about it, but we didn't get in for the 2-yr-old year so had to move on. We know others who went for other preschool options until a spot opened up (usually at age 3 or 4) at Clara Barton. Siblings get preference, of course, as do residents of Cabin John.
