| Does anyone have any idea how it is determined which teams play? For the district. Particularly for FCPS/Northern Va? |

That’s not correct. All teams make their district playoffs, at least in public schools. |

Not sure how it works in all private school conferences for privates, but for the VISAA state tournament there's a coach's poll and the top 8 make it. It's a weird system. |
