Good place to work for a week near Eastern High School on the Hill?

For a weird combination of reasons I won't go into, I'm going to need to find a place to work remotely for one week this summer near Eastern High School. Standard business hours, approximately 9am-5pm. Could be a library with good wifi, a quiet coffee shop, an actual co-working place where I could rent for a week, a hotel with a business center... whatever. Needs to be within a 15 min walk or so from Eastern and have good internet, and not be a zoo.

Any ideas?

The Yard at Eastern Market is a co-working space that might work - it’s right above the Trader Joes on Pennsylvania Ave. The Roost isn’t far away - it’s more of a food hall but is open all day and has WiFi. The SE Library might be reopened by then, but hard to tell.

OP here - is the Rosedale library open? I'm seeing conflicting things online about renovations.
