i tried to set someone up

basically he needs to check the building for people and make sure everyone is gone before he leaves.
i closed a door to make it seem I wasn’t in there so that he would leave.
he checked and found out im in there so nothing happened.

What would’ve happened if he left before me, is basically nothing but it would’ve made him look not so good.

This man goes to the bathroom 24/7 and all the work gets left on the rest of us.

im old enough to know better. I hesitated 3 times and did it anyway. Im super embarrassed and ashamed. i have so much resentment. Im not a perfect employee but why do I always have to clean up after everyone else? Why do I have to check the bathroom everyday afterwards to make sure these pigs i work with havent left urine and/or bodily fluids etc.

I pick up food and trash of the floor and these things are after the shift. Its just too much mentally
