AI agents?

Has your company adopted AI agents yet? If so what are you doing with them?

Have any of you created personal AI agents?

I'm still trying to get my head around this because there's a lots of talk of how much productivity can be increased, but I've yet to actually see it in person.

I will report back next week. My colleague said he will show me next week, he is in the IT team. He said he is blown away by his productivity gain. I work in biostatistics and I use a mix of python, SQL, R and excel. And I often need to run parallel processes at the same time which can be time consuming. According to my colleague I will find these agents very helpful. I hope so and I am going into it with an open mind. I spend way too much time doing data analysis and programming because my company decided a few years ago to get rid of as many IT people as possible.

I use AI all the time at work and in personal life. My work strongly encourages it and everyone is using agents for different things depending on their role.

Are you actually using agents, or just chatting with ChatGPT or Claude etc? If you are using agents, did you make them yourself?
