Anyone does this and how did it go? What doctor did you use?

No one?

It's not a thing. Just put some lacy gloves on or just stop fixating on your hands. Hands and necks are the hardest areas to treat and they always betray your age.

I’m imagining a puffy latex glove. Like what you do as a kid at the doctor’s office or something. Or maybe the hamburger helper glove.

It would be painful and move.

I would try sclerotherapy for the veins.
Also get the Roc roll-on retinol stick. It's specifically for your neck & the back of your hands.

Sounds very vein.

Workout and take protein supplements to make your hands stronger and fuller. Also use Tretinoin and a good moisturizer with gloves at night.

I did. I'm 50 and very thin. I did fat filler (renuva) and it helped. I heard that your own fat works best, but that involves some liposuction. The pain factor was zero and I had no complications.

Where did you go?

There's a doctor in the dmv that advertises hand rejuvenation with your own fat filler

I had 2 syringes done over 5 years ago and still notice a difference
