Looking for a recommendation for a book for my friend who adopted a 3 month old.
I was a mom decades ago, and I loved and relied on the What to Expect books. What’s a more updated version or is this still a thing? |
| A new mom of a 3mo doesn’t have time to read a book. Get her a DoorDash gift card and a lift-the-flap board book. |

The Family by Todd Parr.
We’re different we’re the same. It’s a Sesame Street book. God found us you ( if religious and believes in God) The kid is too young now, butwe got all these books when our adopted DD was a baby. We loved reading them too her at bedtime from about 12 mos and up. It normalizes the discussion your friend will need to start having early on. |

I remember that book 📖 OP!
These days I am of the opinion that most people get their information off the Internet vs. reading books. A great gift would be perhaps gift cards for meal delivery. Or how about a gift certificate for a housecleaning service?? No mother in the universe will not appreciate these gifts! |
