Is it normal for WISC results to come back with just the scores and how they were obtained, but not a written paragraph with recommendatiks for the child.

Who did the testing, and what did you pay for?

If you just paid for a WISC, that's typical.

My child’s WISC had reason for referral, test scores, analysis, and summary of findings. It was just over 3 pages.

Paid $500. It's 4 pages, here is a summary, but not really an analysis.

4 pages sounds right. My other child had a WISC as part of a full neurosych, which was substantially more expensive, and that report was 25 pages w/ recommendations. WISC testing alone for my other child was just over 3 pages.

We went to GMU and the report is 6 pages.

How long did it take to get the results back? We took the WISC at GMU on April 7.

I am the PP who went to GMU. It was a couple of years ago. I got the results only a few days before the appeal deadline in May even though we had an early appointment.
