| Please recommend a private onsite class instructor that is FUN and makes it a light experience or a place to take beginner classes. This is in DC please. Thank you. |
Why do you need a class for Mahjong? Just go online.it isn't chess. |
You’ll never learn how to play fast enough for a group if you learn online. And the very worst thing a newer player can be, is slow. Don’t be a freakin’ tourist. Learn how to play fast, or don’t play at all. |
| The MLK library has Mahjong nights each week. I don’t know if they are learn-to-play/beginner classes but might be worth checking out. |
yes every tuesday but need to register as spaces are limited (sometimes) https://luma.com/dcmahjongg |
Why be a jerk? It's not chess but not exactly easy, either. I've taken two classes and am still terrible. I'm joining a group for private play now but I expect to lose. A lot. |
| Go on insta and search for one in your area. There are so many in the DMV now, find one located close to you. |
You know we’re not talking about the matching game right? I feel like so many people think Mahjong is that dumb matching app online. |

I’ve never played, but a bunch of my friends have been to this place for lessons (or parties or however it’s done) and all speak highly of it

thank you |
If wanted to do so they would have done that. They wants recommendations so they can go where others have had a GOOD experience. |
| DCMahj.com - low-stress, fun instructors. I learned from them and now play in a regular group with some of the people I met. |
Love this place and the owner is awesome! |
Chill. Or CHILL |
| After completing the private Mahjong class, do I earn a certificate and can I put it on a resume to increase my chances of getting hired? |
