Skincare products to avoid

Does anyone know if ingredients found in anti-age
skincare products (like retinol) should be avoided when TTC?

My doc advised me to avoid products that include retinol and retinyl palmitate (basically, anything with a vitamin A derivative).

Just a heads up that lots of sunscreens have retinyl palmitate in them so keep an eye out for that....
