Did Julie Yang forget that Karla Silvestre had already signed a lease for a new MCPS warehouse?

| The boe is incompetent. |
And Thomas Taylor is a liar. Just what is the game going on with the additional warehouse capacity? |
| Janice, how about asking before accusing? Oh right, that's not your style, you point fingers first and ask questions later |
She clearly did her research. |
Many of us saw that from the start. He was the pulpit with good or skills but that could only last so long. |
| It's a little sad how no one reads your blog so you make up ridiculous thread titles and come and post them here |
Trash🗑 |
I appreciate it. Why are you threatened by her reporting? |
I’m not threatened by it, but the sensationalist titles detract from the message. |
PC hit home. Ouch. Here is the hackneyed remark from MCPS Central Office. |
+1. It's so tiresome. |
No, not MCPS, but a PTA parent who works with the school system to problem solve, not point fingers |
| The 2023 resolution notes that warehouse on the 3.2 acre lot is consolidating "certain" Division of Materials Management functions. The existing lots at 580 N Stonestreet encompass over 12 acres of lots per the latest property report. Between the use of "certain" and the size discrepancy, what leads you to believe the 2023 lease was intended to fully replace the existing DMM warehouse space? The new lease also appears to consolidate operations at three other locations never contemplated in the much smaller 2023 lease. Do those consolidations factor into your analysis? |
Why lie? |
