Boden Website - why is it the least user-friendly?

How come no one at Boden has noticed and fixed it?

You cannot scroll easily on search pages because there is no scroll bar and it is incredibly erratic.

On top of that, there are more and more scams with identical pages that are just collecting your credit card info.

Well the scroll bar comes from your browser software and not the website so maybe your complaints are misdirected?

They should be testing UX using ALL of the common browsers out there.

Zara is the least functional shopping website, actually. Boden at least I can navigate even if it's sometimes stupid.

A lot of websites are now optimized for mobile devices and the browser version just gets neglected. I think many companies are betting on browsers becoming obsolete at some point and everyone just using apps. That's also what happened with streamers -- I used to be able to log in to my streamers on a laptop and just use my browser to watch a tv show or movie while traveling, and that is increasingly harder and more glitchy. Even using the recommended browser and making sure I have all updates. They want me to download the app.
