Martial arts that meets 1/week

Does you 6-8 year old practice a martial art that meets once per week?

I understand that the Tae Kwon Do classes in the Falls Church / McLean area meets twice per week, and we’re looking for a slightly lower time commitment.

Given the age range your expectations probably are low already, but an hour or two session once a week isn’t going to give you much bang for the buck.

Flying Kick tae kwon do in Bethesda has a sliding scale - you can pay for once/week or a fee for unlimited classes. Great studio.
