Any recommendations? I have not watched a lot of movies lately and want something light

"Upgraded" was cute
"Elemental" for animated
"The Idea of You"

Stay away from The Materialists -- absolute garbage.

I prefer East Asian rom coms, because they have less overt sex scenes (or none at all), and lean more into the yearning. Korean rom-coms are famous, OP. The most famous one is Crash Landing on You, which is far more than a rom-com, but a whole thing about North and South Korea. The male and female leads ended up marrying in real life. I highly recommend it.

The Ballad of Wallis Island.

It’s this British indie that’s sweet and funny. A rich lottery winner invites his now broken up favourite band, a singer songwriter couple, to his private island for a concert in order to get them back together.

I know that sounds like a horror movie set up but trust me it’s very lite and sweet. The British sense of humour in its writing and acting helps.

Are there really any good ones released in the last five years?

Set it Up with Glen Powell was enjoyable. It's from 2018 ai think so pretty recent. I just watched it recently and liked it.
