I lost 35 lbs over two years. My thighs (especially above knees) are flabby.
I exercise but I’m willing to try some kind of treatment too. Just not in the mood to waste time and money on something that doesn’t work. Also not looking to undergo general anesthesia. I see so many med spas advertising treatments but I would really like to hear real life experiences if anyone willing to share. |
| Unfortunately, surgery is the only thing that will have significant results. Congrats on the weight loss. |
| You will need a thigh lift. |
| Muscle tone helps. |

The only way to fix it is:
1) fill that extra space with something (muscle, fat) 2) surgery Strengthening and building muscle in your lower body will help, but obviously you can't fill all that extra skin with muscle. But it will help your body look more shapely in a fit and positive way. - lost 75 lbs as a shortie |
| Anyone try Morpheus8 for skin tightening? |

you have extra skin that you can either fill in or remove. removal works well in this area (mini thigh lift could be sufficient) but that's surgery, anesthesia etc.
you can fill it up partly with muscle - i.e. exercise. it's not going to fill the whole thing. you can help wrinkles with lasers to some extent but it's not going to be a major change. you can also use fillers like sculptra. |
