Why this house in McLean sits for several weeks?

This listing should be shared on the thread asking if staging matters. I think better staging would help.

This house is insanely overpriced for the following reasons:
Roof- needs replacing. The house feels extremely dated- Everything light fixtures and most finishings will need to be replaced - price should reflect that. They didn't even seem to pay for proper pictures - the toilet is open in two pictures and there is jergen's lotion on the bathroom counter. If they cheapened out on something that is in their best interest, I would wonder what else they have been cheap about. I don't see any updates to the house whatsoever. |

If you follow the street view, you can see the other driveway to the right. I thought it was a walking path at first but the PP is right about it being a private driveway to a house out back. |
