Really enjoying the warm weather after a long winter but notice I notice a spike in my hunger despite having the same diet, plenty of water intake etc.
Like if I go for a walk even in 70 degree weather, I'll be craving food nonstop after but not getting that same hunger when it's colder. |
| I’m the complete opposite! |
| Are you sure you’re not thirsty instead? |
I'm drinking even a little more water but still feel like this. |
Same. I become ravenous in late October when it’s cold and crisp and darker. It’s like my body wants to store fat for the winter. Ha! |
|
I'm the opposite. I eat more in the winter.
However, I'm much more active when it's cold. Warm weather makes me tired. And I hate being hot, so my workouts are less intense. I want to sit more and move less. |

Funny I never really thought about this but actually yes I do tend to get more hungry when it is warmer weather!!
Lol. |
| Opposite—crave food when it’s cold. When it’s warm, I crave beverages. |
| Are you more active in warm weather? |
| Less hungry. More thirsty. I literally get full on drinks. |
Same. I can’t eat if I feel hot. |
| You are probably craving salt. Your body can’t really do anything with the water without salt. So you’re eating more to get the salt. It’s one reason why people always want fries or chips at the beach or pool. Have some salted edamame or peanuts and see if that helps. |

More active = hungrier

| The opposite |
| Hornier… |
