Any feedback on Rimble Landscaping in NoVA?

We may need a new lawn mowing person or company. Anyone used Rimble Landscaping for anything?

They have fancy trucks and postcards but our estimate seems way low.

Yes, we use them for mowing and the occasional seasonal cleanup. I've been happy. They communicate well by email (important to me) and show up when they say they will.

Responsive, but sloppy. Work as fast as they can and seems they’ve gotten way too big too quickly so everything is very rushed. A lot of neighbors continue to use them and see their large mowers racing down the street.

We used them for mowing and they were fine. Also used them for some installations and yard cleanup, and were less happy. They used cheap mulch and the installations were sloppy. But for just mowing they’re fine.

Agree with PP above- responsive to all emails and complaints, etc. but still sloppy. Crashed their mowers into our beams holding up our porch that borders the grass and left marks. Sprayed grass all over all patio furniture. We use Paul's Best now and it's a fortune, but way better.

Same here - have used them for five years and have no complaints!
