Thinking of purchaising one for sporadic use - maybe use a couple times a month for 2-3 pounds of meat.
i think I can do ok with a hand grinder, as opposed to electric. looking for inexpensive, easy to clean, and something that can handle meat such as: chicken, turky and beef. |

If you have a cuisinart you can get an attachment that works quite well. The hand-grinders can become quite hard work if you have large quantities of meat.
A trick is to make sure the meat is very cold before you grind it - otherwise fat can tend to block up the grinder. |
