Isn't the other theory that got floated back in part 2 of this soap opera was Elizabethany getting promoted from nights to mornings? She has been on 99.5 long enough, was in Norfolk, VA and College Station, TX prior to DC, and she went to high school in Prince William County.

I think that only got mentioned once, and then someone flipped out because they hate her voice. My guess (and I could be wrong) is that they won't even be able to replace Danni until they can talk about her departure.

I really think they should just bring her back. It will probably be better than th PR nightmare they have on their hands right now. Its a job im sure they can find a way to work together and stop the drama. And before anyone jumps on me im only thinking about the kids and being that she seems to deal with depression and anxiety I don't think it would be good for her to get into one of the states right now. Granted she does need to get it together but its a lot for one person to deal with a divorce, loss of a job and loss of a relative all at once. Not everyone can deal with that kind of stress.

It could be all that stress that led to all of this. Because that IS a lot of stuff to deal with.

I hate this argument. LOTS of moms and dads have depression and anxiety and lose their jobs without a TLC backup. There is no reason to keep someone in a job that they're bad at just because they have depression/anxiety.

Yuck. No, she is horrible. She can get help for her depression, etc. there are lots of depressed people in the world, that doesn't mean they should get to be overbearing jerks.

One thing she's not is bad at her job. Everyone is not always going to like you. And if she's not your cup of tea that's why there are other shows you can listen to. Just because other people deal with depression and anxiety it doesn't mean everyone deals with it the same. Some people are stronger than others and all I said was I would hate to see her completely lose it . For the sake of her children they all need to get back to where they were . You were not being forced to listen to her. Why would you wish for someone to lose their job because you dont like them or think they are good enough.

Well clearly we weren't the only ones who thought she wasn't good enough. So did her boss...which is why she is no longer there. And in what world do you allow someone to conintinally underperform in their position simply because they have children? Would you allow that for someone who doesn't have children? I think not.

This. By the logic above you, I guess I should probably have one or two so I can be bad at my job and have protection because I have kids.

+1000

Totally agree. I think Danni is actually GOOD at her radio job. She's MUCH MUCH better than Rose! (I still think Sarah has them both beat though, but then again, she's got a lot more experience). At least Danni is interesting, even if a bit quirky and loud. I agree that I would hate to see her lose it because, man she is really going through a lot right now. Sometimes I get tired of how PC Kane is. I get why he doesn't want to be divisive, but that also comes across as being disingenuous. Danni spoke her mind and a lot of people didn't like it. I wasn't a fan of the constant self-promotion, but, she brought something to the table. Now, that seat is empty because Rose sure ain't filling it!

Re Kane's mini rant - I bet he's mad. He's been so honest and forthright re previous "family" matters. I bet he's washing his hands repeatedly and flicking the light switch 50 times in anguish because he can't share details with his listeners. What a fraud

Wrong, pp. She was fine at her job. She was pushed out because Kane threw a fit. It's his show, and he picks the sidekicks. Do you think Seacrest and Stern and Eliott didn't pick their sidekicks?

Blame Kane for the drama.
