No White House Iftar this year?

No news of a White House Iftar even though only two days left in Ramadan. Is this a thought out political decision or just an example of incompetence by failing to offer goodwill to ambassadors of dozens of countries and two billion people who celebrate it. Whatever happened to American tradition and policy of building bridges? Is it deteriorating like most of the infrastructure?

This. Learning about and having respect for other cultures and religions is too woke (ie. Threatening to their weak sense of self) for this administration.

It's honestly probably for the best. This way they are only bastardizing and leveraging the followers of one religion.

Come on. They're already having a hard time supporting Israel and also hating Jews, at the same time. You can't expect them to do that with other religions, OP. It's far easier to just 100% hate on the rest of them. Stick to one easy path, you know. They pay continuous lip service to Christianity, because of all the xenophobe, racist "Christians" who vote for them and pay their campaign bills. But the only religion they support is MONEY.

A certain tranche of the Muslim population voted against Harris because they couldn't stomach voting for a woman, and they couldn't stomach the sexual liberation of the left.

This is why the GOP continues to shoot itself in the foot. All recent immigrants to this country are more socially conservative then the average American. The GOP has pushed them away for generations because they can't help showing their racism. If they were truly accepting of all faiths and skin color, they would stay in power forever.
