Weird Previa Health Bills

For like $5 for labs done in 2024 -- multiple ones
Has anyone gotten these? And are they legit?

That's interesting because I just contested a bill with them because what they said I owed was different from the EOB that showed an adjustment for in network provider. Privia wouldn't do anything about it, but the doctor's office dealt with it on their end. It was just odd though how they didn't care if the bill was wrong, even though they bought the practice and were the ones who sent the bill. It made me think they were on a fine line between being aggressive about billing and insurance fraud.

Yeah, I am actually looking for a new doctor because of Privia. Too much time spent convincing them that I have insurance and yes if they submit the claim correctly my insurance will pay. I'm honestly slightly traumatized from all their ridiculous gaslighting.

I am also thinking of changing.

Wow, same. Privia has some serious issues and I thought I was the only one dealing with it. I'm being billed over and over again when claims have been paid. Same with labcorp. I spend way too much telling them these claims have not only been paid but give them the check number and the date they cashed them only to keep being billed! I will be looking for new providers because of this. This is fraud at this point not "mistakes" on their ends. bs. Think about how many people are paying just to get them off their backs.

Omg thank you for sharing. I was starting to feel like a crazy person for leaving a PCP over this but I just can't anymore.
